Default rear lower control arm bolt

The pivot bolt is spinning but not coming out, used a torch and air tools but no luck, anyone had to deal with this before? This is the bolt directly behind the rear passenger wheel hub, not a lot of room to grab anything.

sounds like its time to start cutting. i know hardware stores have an identical bolt and then you'd have to match a nut to it and either press out and replace the bushing on the control arm or just replace the whole thing. i've had this problem several times, luckily i had spare control arms laying around

++2 not only that but I would also use a good coating of anti seize on all the bolts once you are ready to put things back together. Its a bitch working on old cars sometimes!!

yeah, tell me about it. I got this hatch 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing but replacing rusted suspension stuff. Some people just do not take care of their rides.
I have since replaced all shocks with a coilover set, replaced all ball joints (lower and upper), tie rods, front rotors, both axles, rear brakes and drums, and still have some stuff to do to get it conditioned. Do you know the size of the bolt I need to look for at the home depot/hardware store?

I decided to get two new LCAs via password JDM. They come ready with the bushings and are better than OEM anyway so I will cut that sh*t off and put the new ones in!
