Default Transparent Black Paint for lights

I am looking to TINT my lights I don't want to black them out. Really I don't even want to make them too much darker than they are. How would I go about making a light tint paint for them?

It isn't paint, but Lamin-X is an option. They sell all different colors of film. It'll protect the lights from rocks and whatnot at the same time. http://lamin-x.com/

Mix a little bit of black base with some clear and spray them.

If you have an old light laying around, I would test it out on that first, or maybe grab one from the junkyard.

BTW, when is that satin paintjob going to be done? I'm looking foward to seeing it.

The satin aint happening. This little expletive tried to steal my whole god damn build and failed. So I had to at least change to look of the car so as not to look like this little ****
