Hi guys,

I currently have a 95 accord sedan LE MT w/182,000 miles.

I just looked at a 95 accord coupe LX SE MT w/128,000 miles

Plans for current car were Honda 15" rims, salvaged sunroof, run the engine till it dies and drop in a VTEC. I just fixed the rust on this car and it needs a driveshaft and a timing belt. I bought it last Sept. for $3000, dirty and smelly with a non-functioning window (fixed).

Car I looked at is all factory w/sunroof, 4 cyl. VTEC, and the same rims I planned to get. The engine, suspension, and drivetrain are good and no rust. The bad: the clutch grabs as soon as my foot is off the floor and I can feel a vibration while holding it in, I think it just needs adjusted? The AC does not work at all, when running the engine revs up and down; idle smooths out as soon as it's shut off. May need a compressor? Also, the ABS light is on and stays on. Guy wants $4500 obo.

Opinions?

No, it was that that post was not a "technical post"

Usually they give you a reason, but I'm assuming that's why it was deleted.

Not to mention that that price (4500) seems kinda ridiculous for a car with problems and is 12 years old (regardless of mileage)

I deleted it...

the reason I deleted it was because the way it was worded it sounded like a FS thread. What you typed this time isn't what you had typed the first time IIRC.

BTW, not a good thread title, I'll change that for you

Made post edits. I thought I had the title in the form of a question. Thanks for the feedback. Any other opinions about this car?
