Most shops carry them. Its an ecu jumper harness. It runs about $250 or so. I got the pic from http://www.inlinefour.com

We produce some of these and have them available through a few shops in the US. http://www.C-SpeedRacing.Com, and http://www.JDMHondaparts.Com.

when going from OBD-II to OBD-I or OBD-I to pre-OBD, and getting those ECU adapters, is there any other modifications needed to any other wiring?

When going from OBD2 (verson 1 and 2) to OBD1 there are no modifications necessary. Unless you have a GS-R and intend on keeping the dual plane intake manifold with the IAB.

When going from OBD1 to 'Pre OBD' there are wiring modifications necessary (e.g. injector resistor box, distributor, injectors, etc.).
