91 CRX WITH UKDM EE8 GAUGE CLUSTER SWAP........
I looked around forums and found nothing on the UK 150mph b16 cluster swapped into our US crx's. I am doing my b16 swap on my 91 crx hf now and want to do a matching cluster. I like the 150mph speedo on the EE8. I seen the jdm one and i don't like the way it looks. The 99-00 SI is nice but it read up to 140mph.
Does the Uk EE8 clip right in? Or does it have to be wired up? Any links or info on this is greatly appreciated.

an easy way to get the ukdm guages without wiring, is to swap out just the tach and speedo (out of the ukdm cluster) and to install them in the usdm (si cluster of course). these (tach and speedo) are individual peices which can be removed, and swapped
this way you dont need to change the wiring.
one thing about the ukdm clusted is that the lights/features, such as low fuel guage need to be completely wire in on us models(major pita for just one light), or rewired to work like it used to. just look at the features of the UKDM cluster and you will see that they dont match/arent the same. I found that swaping just the Tach and Speedo make things much easier that swaping the complete cluster, and rewiring it.

You need to look at some pictures before calling BS.
240km=150mph
there are only 2 ukdm clusters, and that write up goes over both!
and BTW the speedo goes up to 155 mph, but the last number written on it is 150 mph. read my first post here, I expained all you need to know if you want to swap just the speedo and tach.
do you realy want a pic of this? i just went and checked my cluster to comfirm this.
