What is the ft. lbs torque spec. for B16

you don't bolt the clutch on. Do you want the flywheel to crank or Pressure Plate to flywheel?

Flywheel to crank = 87 ft/lbs
Pressure Plate to flywheel = 19 ft/lbs

Both use a 12 point socket, and must be tightened in a criss-cross pattern.
