yeah, the forced induction forum might be helpful, just a thought. Since there is plenty of turbo setups there, find one that sounds close to what you need.

Yeah the t3/t4e is a good turbo for the ls motor..T3 60 trim is nice to,less lag but needs more boost to make the same power..

I made over 300whp with a t3/t4e on a b16 at 10 lbs..ls motor cant flow worth **** so ill guess it will make 250whp with a good tune

Since the car is obd1 look into crome for fuel management,,its a real nice program

i have a friend who took a turbo off of a 1g eclipse and put it on his 90 civic. He had it tuned to 9-10 pounds. That was a great choice for a turbo. He didn't have any lag and it spooled up fast. He never once had any problems with the car, it was actually one of the faster hondas ive seen. If you where wondering the turbo code for a 1g eclipse is a td05h. I highly recomend this turbo. I am also wondering how a 16g turbo would be on a honda? heres actually a picture and a movie of his car with the TD0H5 turbo on his 90 civic hatchback.(in the video don't mind the squeeky belt and the downpipe leak)

How much power are you wanting? Or what kind of cars do you want to be faster than? Answer this and it'll be easier to help you decide what turbo/manifold/intercooler will suit your needs best.

FYI, a topmount will not give you more clearance for a bigger radiator.

For 250-300 whp I'd definately go with a t3/t4 57 trim or even a precision sc50. Those are a good mid sized turbo that will give you good/decent spool and won't force you to run high psi to reach your goal. I can tell you right now, 250-300 whp will get you well into the 12's if you're a decent driver, or get to be. As for your manifold, I would say get a good quaility log mani or even a shorty like the spoolin quick 4 or lovefab mini-me. Anything else will make clearance hell and would be overkill for your goals, not to mention taking away a lot of good low end. Stick with a medium sized intercooler like a 28x6x3 to avoid excessive pressure drops. Walbro 255 lph fuel pump and some 550cc injectors with a good tune + mentioned turbo setup should net you a good 250-300whp. Just remember, keep the stock LS below 7k rpms... It may feel like it still wants to pull but spun rod bearings and dropped valves ruin your day real fast.

Definately spend some time reading and browsing in my sig thread.
