Default brakes rubbing rotors

are there any ways or tips to bleed my braking system so that none of the pads on my 4 wheel disc brakes actually touch to rotor? when my car is jacked up the wheels are kind of hard to turn.

???

bleading the rotors is just unscrewing the 10mm bolt on the caliper. Your rotor/brake question has nothing to do with bleeding the brake system. Make sure you use dot 3 brake fluid and bleed from rear driver, rear passenger, front passenger, ending at front driver.

of course it does... my pads are touching the rotor and i cant think of any other way to release the pad but to remove some brake fluid. what else can i do so that my pads dont rub on the rotors (when my my foot is not applied to the brakes).

Your pads should be touching the rotors at all times..Theres really no way that they wouldnt be touching it. You wheel should not be super hard to turn tho...IF your trying to turn your front wheels while in the air are you sure your car is not in gear? If your turning the back wheels are you sure your ebrake is not engaged?

nope, there should be minimal drag on the rotor but it seems like nobody knows what i mean and are just worried about getting their body kit fit right

maybe your caliper is sticking? and u don't want to remove brake fluid from your braking system lol
is your rotor out of round, can u spin the tire/wheel freely when off the ground?
and what do u mean by jacked up?
