1gen Header QUESTION
any 84-87 header will fit your motor, regardless of trim level. For any performance parts, about the only place that still sells 84-87 Civic/CRX stuff is OPM motorsports - http://www.opmmotorsports.com/
Wrong. The oilpan on the DX is shaped differently, so an SI header will NOT fit unless you change the oil pan. Chikara (Hedman) has a header for the DX. And OPM is not the only place that sells performance parts for the 1G.

DC Sports is also making stuff for 1st gen, headers, strut bars, short shifters...
Chikara/Hedman has decent cheap headers. Ground COntrol has all the suspension stuff you'll need.
OPM is great, but a bit pricey on some stuff you can find elsewhere, like headers and sway bars.
Similar to what RPR said, the Si pan is needed if you want to use an Si header on the DX. Also if you have emissions tests, be warned that the cat is bypassed in the swap, as the DX cat is stuck right on a shorty exhaust manifold in front of the motor, not below after a downpipe. The Si stuff bolts right to the DX b-pipe, which is cool, but you'd prolly want a better 2 inch system after the header.
