Weird Brake Problem
I recently replaced my brake pads (about a month ago), and now my brakes are acting strange. The pedal was really low just after I replaced the pads, but it improved through use; however, now it doesn't seem to be improving anymore and I still need to push the pedal lower than I did before the new pads before the brakes start working. The pedal doesn't sink so it shouldn't be a air in the brake lines problem (but I bled my brakes anyway). When the car is stationary, pumping the pedal doesn't bring it up at all; however, when the car is moving pumping the brakes (once or twice) DOES bring the pedal further. So I don't have to press down as far to engage the brakes. However, if I release the brakes a moment later the pedal will be low again.
It's a '88 CRX Si if that makes a difference.
Sorry for the long write-up, but I just wanted to be clear. Hope you know what I'm trying to say.
Thanks in advance for any help.

yea, i mentioned in the first post i bled the brakes already.
if it was the MC, wouldn't the pedal slowly sink to the floor during braking? The pedal doesn't sink during braking tho, it's low but it stays constant during braking (unless I pump it of coz). But even after just 1 pump, the pedal is higher and it doesn't sink until i release it; the next time i brake tho, the pedal is low again.
could it possibly be anything else? i was thinking maybe sth with the calipers perhaps? I'm really stabbing in the dark here tho.
Thanks.

primary cup seal would couse the brake pedal to sink, the secondary cup seal could be out. If it is, u will see at the rear of the MC fluid or paint coming off of the booster. Do a vacuum test on ur booster, there is a one way check valve at the booster. They take a crap after a while
