well the best way is too weld the holes shut and grind smooth ,then alittle filler
another way is fiberglass resin and cloth ,ive done it this way and its still holding up after 2 years
(didnt have a welder then)
or you can ghetto it ,take some duct tape and tape the inside of the trunk (where the holes are and then just plastic filler it ,this way will not last ,ive seen it done lol
im not sure but the prelude sign might just be 3m taped on ,and not holes ,have you checked ??? if thats the case you can just take a heat gun /hair dryer works too and just heat up the area a bit and pull it off ,then for the bit thats left on the car ,just get it a bit warm and use you finger to roll it up until it comes off ,then wash
