ok ok my first setuo was a d16z6 in my 95 ej1 with a g15 turbo kit... i keep pulling code 41.
i have since blew that motor and replaced it with a d15b which im still pulling code 41, i changed my O2 sensor 3 times.. with brand new ones .. and still pulling this code.. what could be wrong

 

Make sure you have reset the ECU as well, CEL's like that dont clear up right away, so make sure you unplug the ECU for a short period of time.

 

also if your not aware theyre is 2 o2 sensors. good luck

 

i only have 1 o2 also these codes have been cleared many of times

 

oh. is the problem that your o2 sensor keeps going out. or is it that you keep getting the code.

 

i have had 3 o2's in there 1 when i got the car
got code 41 so i replaced it
didnt help
one when i put the new motor in.i replaced it again and still throwing this code...

 

my cpu is chipped and im pulling this code with and without the chip in and i use another non chiped p28 andstill same thing all this after resetting the cpu each time

 

well the o2 sensor obviously isnt your problem. it has to be faulty wiring somewhere.

 

im going to trace the wires back today or tommarrow

my car was getting this too, never could figure it out, and made it run very rich. I just "hid" the problem in crome when i had my buddy chip it and it sent away the code 41 and 43 which i also had too which is fuel supply delivery or something like that.
