another....car wont start....
I searched but its one person says this and another this and i cant get any straight info., sorry im posting another one of these....
I have a 2000 integra gs-r, with 109k, and the only mod is a cat back exhaust.
Alright, so i was going to leave school yesterday and i go to start up my car. It starts up and then it was really bogging.
So i tried to give it some gas, and the car died.
Then i tried to restart the car but it would just turn over and try to start but it just wouldnt.
I tried jumping the car but that didnt help.
I have no clue what it is, i got my car towed and a shop said they cant look at it til monday....
If anyone has any ideas that i can try that would be great. Im just trying to get it running. Spark plugs? anything!! thanks a ton!!

i had this problem a few months ago, i first replaced the fuel filter, and it was fine for about a month, then it happened again, so i replaced the fuel pump, and it hasnt happened since then.

if you can smell the fuel then you may not be getting spark, try holding a spark plug wire to a bolt head on your radiator support and have some one turn the engine over to see if you have spark getting to your plugs... if not then could be ground wire or most likely your distributor.
It's an easy fix for people who know how to work on cars but judging by the fact that you took it to a shop instead of worked on it yourself you should let the shop fix it for you.

Did you ever get your car running? I am having the same problem now. Car will turn over, just won't fire up. It has compression, spark and fuel pressure.
