Extra coolant hookup on mini-me.

Extra coolant hookup on mini-me.
Y7 block, Z6 head/IM. Z6 has two hookups on the coolant hardline on the back of the block between the thermostat and pump, Y7 only has one. On the Z6, the vertical hookup on the IM next to the thermostat, loops down to the coolant hardline. What is the best way to block this off?
