you need to do some homework buddy. a well built boosted h22 will stomp a f22. and a f22 has its limit just as any motor. you might want to look into what mistakes people make when boosting a h22. you hear the block, the pistons, the cams, the ringlands, the rods, the blah blah blah when no one blames themselves for not educating themselves on how to do it reliably. the most important element in a boosted h22(in stock form) is a good tuner who knows what they are doing. Tuning is key. Not necessary resleeving and so forth. But it does depend on the intents for h22. street vs track.

to answer your original question. numbers will vary per vehicle. just bolt ons can get up to 180-190hp, depends on current condition. decently built can go from 200-220 which could include ecu upgrade, cams, better header and larger exhaust. any thing past that and you need block and head work which gets you into the high dollars.
you have no idea what you are talking about, you can make more power with a turbo h22 than you can turbo f22. and sleeveing the blocks evens the field on that end but you get the advantage of the dohc
flight50 is right, it really depend on how deep your wallet and what you want to do...i got mine (used to) to 225whp and thats involved tons of mods...i kinda regret not going turbo with all the money spend on that NA setup...
not going to get into a pissin match f22 cheaper h22 more expensive period,as for what i have done to my f22 here it is
kkk k26 turbo
greddy 2g race fmic
arp head studs
450cc dsm injector
converted po6
38mm tial wg
hks sqqv bov
ss log mani
stealthmode oil line set
delte 272 cam
skunk 2 cam gear
walbro 255 lph f/p
makin 245 hp on 7 psi,
going to up grade the turbo after the rods and slugs get replaced then going for 500 whp

500 is a big target for a f series, you'd have to change injectors, better exhaust manifold and perhaps block work. not saying it couldn't happen since i went h22, i don't follow the f platform much anymore. but it sounds like your making some nice power to only be at 7psi. if you want it to last, don't push her too far. but remember if you do get to 500hp, it will count for nothing if you can't get it to the ground.
well when i shoot for the 5oo mark im dropin in a set of rc 880cc, port the head, fill the block, swap out log mani to a top mount and drop cp slug and crower rods in it, a walbro 255, you stated stuff that i have planed for, but thats just the way it sits now like i said im not done just yet a/f are 12 across the board
yeah i figured you knew you had to upgrade big time. how's your tuner. you don't want to drop all that money into the motor if your tuner will let it go down the drain for you.
