I had a sanden compressor and it was a tight fit but it fit. I think the other one is matshusuta or something like that? don't know if its different or what

yeah, the spacer just made one hole flush with the other three. Im not sure whats goin on. Do you think i need to use hasport motor mounts or something?

I wouldn't say you can't use non hasport mounts with that bracket necesarily. However fitment is all about engine placement. If the mounts you have put the engine in a place that when you bolt on the ac compressor it hits your crossmember... Then yes, I would assume your engine placement won't work with that bracket and you need at the least different mounts. Unless you're putting the bracket on wrong or something, but it's an a/c bracket there isn't much to it. I don't know what mounts have what kinda engine placement but I know hasports put the motor tward the back of the engine bay compared to most so that would give lots of room for your a/c. Alternately have you considered getting an aftermarket crossmember? That would probably solve your problem too.

Bust out the BFH and pound your crossmember into submission.
