Here's the story.
car: 1992 civic lx 1.5 auto
Car dies during morning commute. Car cranks but doesn't start. No fuel press and no spark. When I turn the key to the "on" pos. the ac condensor fan turns on and ac is off. Also, D3 and D4 light up when in Park. ???
Any suggestions?
I'm thinking either the ignitor and coil are bad, or the ecu is fried.
I checked the main pgm relay and its good.
Please help.

hmmm, dunno about that, strange....
on a side note, by then my tach had not worked in awhile, as soon as i fixed the coil/ignitor issue, it started working again,
lol, i just noticed you have an LX, so was mine

Anyone else?
I'm thinking the ecu fried itself considering I'm NOT getting spark AND fuel. Can anyone give me more suggestions?
I'm already looking at a rebuilt distributor for 175 and ecu for 100. Some help pls.
