Radiator caps
your fan not turning on could be not having enough pressure built up in the system to open the thermostat, bad fan switch, bad thermostat. etc etc etc replace the cap then see what happens

We've given you plenty of advice on this already, obviously you're not listening.
Get a new radiator cap, make sure the system is full and bled of air, then if your fans don't come on it's a bad fan switch, relay or wiring. Check those before you make new threads asking the same questions.
