Default Is Something Missing? H22a

After looking under my hood yesterday, I found something that puzzled me. It looks like I have a hose missing, but not sure what it would go to. It also looks like dried antifreeze, but no idea why it would be there. The top picture shows a better location of it, and the bottom picture has a close up of the spot in question.

Thanks. Someone said the gasket may be leaking? Would that cause the dried coolant? If it is leaking, is it hard to change?

Maybe just tighten it a little. How new is your swap? Hopefully if it's loose that means that someone filled your coolant correctly

Shouldn't be an issue really.

looks more like it's leaking from that hose which i believe goes to the tb, if i'm not mistaken. tighten the hose clamp and tighten the coolant bleeder. yes there is no hose that goes there!
