charcoal hose question

The one that is pointing up and open is the breather for the canister. It usually run's beside the one hose that is near the bottom of the canister that you see in the pic.
Someone just routed it up like that. If the canister did fill up with gas that tube would also. So re-route it down by that other hose so if it did it would just drain on the ground.

that would be a safe assumption, a pair of axles later, just havent gotten around to cleaning. damn thing made one hell of a mess though
