EG Question
I just bought a 92 4dr civic. front end is gone so ill be needein a new one. The guy i bought it from said i could just use 2 door parts. it would work the same. 2dr bumper, hood, etc. Will it work, does anyone happen to know or should i buy everything for a four door? Let me know what you guys think. Thank for all the info...Brian
no the hood, fenders, and bumper are different they will not line up correctly on the car. go to any place you can order body panels from and look into it different part numbers.
Edit: 92-95 coupe and hatchback front end body panels are interchangeable

so not true...i've seen people put on coupe/hatch parts on a sedan before...no problem...everyone says this and that, but it fits no problem. they're the same...only the rear lights aren't...so yea, you are fine...plus the coupe/hatch bumper looks better than the sedan...i'll be putting on a coupe front bumper on my 94 lx soon...so go ahead...trust 97Ej6mike and I!

There needs to be some clarification....
92-95 3dr Hatchbacks and 2dr Coupes are completely interchangable fenders/hood/bumper/lights/etc. The 92-95 4dr bolts up, yes, but they do not line up. The 4dr bumpers actually protrude out a bit further, and the headlight openings are cut different and you will see the bumper reinforcement bar below the headlights. The corner lights will not fit properly in a 4dr fender either. They are shaped differently. The hoods are slightly shaped different as well. If you want 2/3dr parts, no problem, you just have to switch them all out to line up properly. Hood, Fenders, Bumper, Lights.
