Really depends on how low the car sit. I don't have any experience with H&R sports springs.

Sometimes it will hit when exiting chitty humped parking lot exits, but here's the beneficial thing. IT PROTECTS AND PREVENTS YOUR HEADER FROM EVER BEING SCRAPED. Just that alone makes this mod totally worth it.

I am lowered 1.25" with an H brace on my car. Everything is perfectly fine. If your car is lowered less than 2.0", there's nothing to worry about.

i have one. i've caught it on big speed bumps before, but not all of them. the only problem i've had is catching road kill....the h-brace splatters it and my beaks rear tie bar scatters it

The megan racing and NRG H braces both look like they have good clearance.

I like the NRG one.

I honestly would like to try one of these.
There arent many reviews on them...and the few that there are, are from people who either work for NRG or from distributors.......kinda have a hard time trusting those.
It would be nice to see one from someone who knew what they were talking about also, not just someone who thinks its doing something

This guy likes his NRG one. For $100 it sounds like a viable upgrade.

$100 is quite a bit more expensive than the Megan Racing H-brace. They both look like nice peices though. The NRG looks like it doesn't hang down quite as far, but it's hard to tell without seeing them side-by-side.

I intend to install the NRG H-Brace today. I'm lowered on Skunk2 lowering springs, I'll post once I've checked clearances as well.

have one on my car and it saved my *** a couple of times when i was driving along and like a armadillo would run out it hit my H- brace instead of my oil pan then all along the under side of my car lol then my buddy's 3 gen supra hit it'll give you more stiffness up front you can feel the differences on the on ramps and you wont have as bad of traction problems or wheel hop

Well, the H-Brace is on my car (really easy), and there's plenty of clearance. I didn't go test it on any speedbumps, but I hit some hump style driveways, and there was no bottoming out. Oh, and by the way, this completed the strut/tie bar setup (Front/back, top/bottom), and she is handling wonderfully. I may get some pics of the clearance tommorrow or something, I dunno.

PS- However, during installation, I've noticed my camseal must be leaking recently. There was new oil all over the pan, the trail leading up to the timing belt cover. My baby is leaking Royal Purple!
