Default Rod lenght ? for 100mm and 102mm h22

I had a local shop that did crank mods for me when I was in to v-8s. I got two f23 cranks welded and ground to 100mm and 102mm, they had to reduce the mains to 50mm to asure there was no warping. They also knife edged them. I have a set of mahle gold series high c/r pistons that I wand to see what I can get out of them in a h22 block. The piston were used in my prelude but it has a g23vtec(h22 pistons) in it now and I want to see what the two diff combos will achive.I am going to put my itbs, juns, and smsp header on it for the best results. I have two spare blocks so I will be able to do this fairly fast. I had the formula to figure this out but my old computer will not boot up so I'm asking for some help. Thanks
