1. Well, personally, if you're planning on replacing these lowering springs later on, I'd choose to just not spend the money on them and just buy what you want now. When I pay off my car, I'm just saving for some GC/Koni's. Most people say they're a great ride.

3. valves, springs, and retainers. some just go with ITR, others choose name brand. up to you. do some research.
the blox thread took me literally less than a minute to find. search.

goodluck

well, first of all, for all motor make sure ur exhaust is only 2.5 inches in diameter (or less...). short shifter can make it a little faster too (as far as quarter miles go). i wouldn't really just get a new intake manifold. if i were u i'd start with the cams. You can get the integra type r intake cam from like 00' to 01' or u can just get civic type r intake cam. roughly 6-8 horses so they say. or, if u want ur engine to scream like a true all motor, then go with aftermarket cams. and u'll need new valve springs, and retainers, but of course to get the full advange of these cams u would need a better intake manifold with a slightly larger throttle body (62mm maybe?) and of course do a little work in the piston area.
don't forget to tune

1. Don't waste your money, just hold off and get either Ground Control/Koni, Ground Control/Tokico Illuminas, or the new Omnipower full coil overs have been working great from what I've read.

2. Unless you already have a Blox IM, I wouldn't even do it. Just get a Skunk2 IM instead.

3. Don't worry about your cams and valvetrain until you up the compression in your motor. Buy either JDM ITR Pistons or JDM CTR Pistons. If you put aftermarket cams, springs, retainers, and cam gears in your head now you won't even be able to fully utilize their potential. And since you're going NA anyway theres no point in holding off on uping your compression.

4. Search, search, search. There are so many GS-R NA setups that you can either duplicate or duplicate and improve on.
