I was listening to my car today after moving it got out and heard the pulleys making noise.... sounds rattly and gritty'ish (excuse my descriptions)......I think I would of noticed it before but Im not out of the car often with it running...anyone else?

 

normal man! engines make noise.

 

idk...ive never had pulleys making this much noise....but if yours are too then w/e

 

sounds kinda crappy...but it is just an econo box

 

I notice some noise from the serp belt & pullies... nothing real serious though. tech at honda said it was common on all the newer vehicles.

 

 

Whenever i pop the hood to show people (its what i always do even though its not anything too special) i hear the belts. its normal

 

Thanks guys saved me trip to the stealership! Come on I knew it all the time!

 

Its not at all uncommon to have the newer auto tensioners go bad in one way or another. Wouldnt hurt to have it looked at.
