Default Ingalls or SPC adjustable ball joint?

My upper ball joint went bad recently, now I'm looking to replace it and my cheapest options are either going to be the spc or Ingalls adjustable upper ball joint, as opposed to the whole uca. I've read that most guys with ludes go with the spc but I just wanted some advice before I purchased them. Thanks for the help guys.

No, I dont race, but I was looking for a cheaper route than the entire uca's. Plus, If I wanted to lower my car in the future.... which I do, I wanted to be able to adjust camber If I go that low.

Honestly if youre going low enough to need camber control youre too low....
I just replaced the whole UCA last year......you can get them for near cost from Majestic.
I guess you have to price what 2 adjustable's would cost VS 1 OEM.

if you are vert low, (2.5 inch drop) or more, you probably do need these. However, if you are this low,you will probably have a clearance issue with the adjustables(SPC). I have these on my 92 Si. I have Skunk2 drop springs. Not coilovers. I have AGX skocks. I had to cut the area that is located above the 22mm nuts that are on top of the SPC ball joints. After making the needed clearance, my car rides 1000 times better. If you look on the pass.side near the fuse box, you will see 3 holes very small. They are pretty much the template for the hole that is needed. I realize this mod is not for the weak, but it really helped my car because the nuts were making contact with the unibody area. I agree though, the SPCs are a better alternative to the upper control arms.Hope this helps.

I'm probably just going to go with one adjustable now, and replace the other down the road when I get the chance/money for it. I have a parts car so my car wont be out of order very long, I can just take the uca's off of it and do everything on a bench that way when I go to change them on my car it will be a breeze. Thanks guys

I have the ingals, and they are great, very hardy and never slipped in a year and a half.I also have some knock off ingals in the rear, but not the upper ball joint type like the front, but the cheap bolt kind, they slip all the time,it got to the point where I used loc tite on them to finally get them to hold.

I have heard good things about both, and have good experience with 1 first hand, but if ^^^^^^^^^ dude will sell them cheap,I would just get those spc's.
