all you need is a flange for the header..if you want to complete everything get a carsound cat and 2.5 exhaust..but u can run just the header w/ flange for the meantime.

Yup, you can still run your OEM exhaust with the JDM Header considering you have the right cat. Definitely get your basic bolt-ons before you get the Skunk2 IM, I would say even get better cams or you'll see a loss in power. If you haven't, work on your suspension first...at least I would.

why not get an exhaust? otherwise go w/ the header.

don't forget if you get the IM, you have to get a new TB too and have it matched to the IM to maximize gains.

go with the header. It wont hurt anything if you have a stock exhaust, but you wont get the full potential of the headers. Also dont forget that you will need a donut gasket from a S2000(or one that will fit the 2.5" collector). But your next upgrade should be 2.5" piping, and a N1 exhaust(or something 2.5" in diameter).

not really. if u have the extra cash u can do it but im using stock TB and just bolted everything on. gain 10hp midrange and 12hp peak w/ s2m, VAFC, CAI

i would get the header first then work out all the bugs it takes to connect ur exhaust w/ the 2.5 collector. then upgrade ur cams, get vtec controller, ITR CAI, then get skunk2 mani.

Actually I would get the other exhaust cam . But really, my choice would be a DC Sports JDM 4-1 header. It's identical to the JDM header, only with a 2.5 inch collector instead of 2.25.

jdm itr has a 2.5" collector. DC basically copied it. but with a 100 $ price diffrence .

Definitely header then skunk2 im itr aem cai and stuff... Looks like your going all motor. After that if you want you can upgrade those ctr cams to Skunk2, Toda, Or Jun and valvetrains too. Good luck. Btw, lookin at your mods you definitely need gears.
