its a 2000 honda prelude with the h22a4 and m2b4 tranny. the engine has mahle pistons, eagle rods, and .25 bored over. It also is converted from obd2-obd1 with a p06 ecu from mccaron ecus and base map. he also added the iab setting. when i finished the motor build we started the car and it ran fine. the only problem was that it was runnin rich from the base map. so i was gunna take it to the tuners to get the break in process done. when they hooked it to his computer with the program on it, he said that the idler motor is bad and he told when they start to give the car gas it shows the sensors wiggin out and reads 15 psi of boost. When theres only a 5 or 6 psi spring in the wastegate. any suggestions

sounds like his program is outta wack.

what tuning software is he using?

and the p06 has likely been converted to a p28.
