AVS Auto Ventshade Window Visors Installation on a 97 Civic
The instructions are simple, and the installation should be simple, but NOOOO...
There is a tab along the top part of the visor that is supposed to slide into the window channel, but the window channel is way too shallow for the tab to even come close to fitting. The bottom part of the channel has a flap, but the top has nothing. It's just flat, so there's nothing for the tab to slide into and stick to.
Anyone dealt with these before?! It's like they aren't even meant for my car, even thought the part number is correct.

Refund and go another brand if they aren't working. A problem like this isn't worth trying to fix, don't you think?
Ya I tried again just now and there's no way to make them fit. Even if I trimmed the tab on top I don't think it would work. F*ck me. Hopefully they won't give me any sh*t if I try to return them. Going with JDM ones now...

I didn't wanna spend the extra dough and I saw a few people that liked these, but I have no choice now. Can't believe how close they aren't to fitting.
