Default Oil Squirt and Wiseco Piston problem in a B16a

My friend have installed a 81,50mm Wiseco forged piston and Eagle rods in your B16a motor. But when started the car, some strabge sounds came from the bottom end, so we opened the motor and noticed that the skirt of the Wiseco pushed down the oil squirt and started to mark both the crankshaft and the skirt of the Wiseco. Does anyone have this problem? Could we turn a little the oil squirt without brake them to clearence the piston skirt? Or should we shave the piston skirt to get this clearence?

Thanks!

You can remove the squirters entirely and plug the holes if you're running forged pistons. Other than that, people have bent the squirters slightly to clearance them. Did your engine builder not check for clearances during assembly?

The oil squirt just touche the bottom of the piston and the crankshaft removing the oil film... He is afraid to ben the oil squirt and brake them. Remove the squirt will cause a loss of lubrification in the piston pins, does someone did this? This is not a drag/race car, it is a street car.

Thanks!

This is the oil squirt or oil jet that we are talking:

11 - 15280-PR3-000 BODY, OIL JET 4 1999 CIVIC
12 - 15290-PR3-000 BOLT, OIL JET 4 1999 CIVIC

The oil squirters are there to cool the bottom of OEM cast pistons, not to lubricate the pins. If you're running forged pistons, you don't really need them, and plenty of people remove them and plug the holes. I believe Golden Eagle sells the plugs.
