Sounds like you have a faulty gauge unit. Did everything work prior to swapping clusters? Did you plug all the plugs in when installing?

You'll probably need to order a new temp/fuel combo gauge from Honda and swap it into the cluster. They are around $36 (part no. 78130-S01-L01).

Hopefully nothing else on the cluster is hosed.

The green plug is for cruise control. Definitely not the problem.

He must've lied.

As long as you matched the plugs up right and left the cruise control plug alone, you should be fine. Otherwise it's a wiring/cluster issue.

They should have worked right off the bat - plug and play.

Either he intentionally sold you a cluster with a bad temp/fuel gauge, or something happened to it during shipping/installation. The circuit sheet on the back isn't damaged in any way, is it? Was it packed well for shipping?
