Default gauge ?

in this picture there is a 99 si gauge cluster i'm trying to find out if i am missing the piece that goes on the top let side of the cluster it allso has a green plug on it?allso do in need to do some wirring for the green plug on the right bottom side i'm trying to put this into a car that was a 98 civic dx wich was auto and now it will be 5spd how do i make this work i was told that it would just plug in and it will work that is why i think it is missing a piece.

yeah thats the pic sorry mine didn't work . so do you know if is missing a piece or what to do to make this work in my project
