I'm nearly done my mini-me swap but need some wiring help...

I've replaced my d15b2 in my 97 civic cx with a d16z6 out of a 95 si.

I pulled the ENTIRE harness out of a 1995 civic ex (engine, lighting, interior, under-dash). Everything plugs in fine, except I'm having problems with the floor harness.

The obd2 harness has 24 wires and the obd1 harness has 18. I need to know which wires I can splice together. The colors are different, otherwise i could just go ahead and do start splicing.

I'd really rather not tear apart anymore of my interior than i have to. If anybody has any ideas I would really appreciate it!

are you talking about the harness that plugs into the computer? if not, be specific on where the harness is located. what does it plug into? you gotta tell us where it goes that way we can help you.

 

I am referring to the harness that runs along the driver's side floor by the door that runs to the fuel pump, seat-belt sensors, door sensors, e-brake sensor, and possibly rear lighting. it is contained in a rectangular plastic casing. I would like to retain the stock one and just splice it and attach the plug ends that I got off the 95 onto it.
