Default Rough Idle

I have had success on this board before searching for help for my girlfriends 98 Civic EX. But I haven't had to much locating the fix for her current problem.
Her car has around 93000 miles. I noticed that her engine seems to miss or as she says shudders when she is at a stop light/idling while the engine is under load(A/C running) I was thinking it might be the plugs or wire but the plus were replaced not to long ago. I would also think that the problem would occur all the time if it were something with the plugs/wires not just at idle.
I was reading about the IACV and FITV but that seems to be related to high idles.

Any ideas or at least point me in the right direction.

with 93000 miles, i want to say replace the pcv valve. it is one of the least things to look for, but it does cause irratic idles. it only costs $3 and is simple to change.

it should be located some where near the intake manifold. this link is going to provide you with a photo of the pcv valve(don't mind the pricing here it's the dealer):

I was just looking for the PCV valve. I think I found the tube that leads to the PCV valve but it looks like it drops down through the engine. Do you have to access it from under the car?

With 93k, a whole lot should have been and be done now. Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, air filter, fuel fitler, PCV valve, set valve lash, timing belt, water pump, thermostat and coolant, O2 sensor, check/set ignition timing, clean grounds, clean throttle body/IACV, tranny fluid change and I'm sure there's one or three I'm forgetting.
