Order RS*R Exmag!!
So I just placed the order for my RS*R Exmag for 92-00 Civic 2dr. I found it for $495 shipped did I get a good deal or is it cheaper elsewhere and did I make the right choice?
Has anyone experienced or know anyone that has been pulled over for exhaust violation when they've had the Exmag
Update! Exhaust arriving today, will take a few pictures just for the hell of it!

A friend of mine had one on his b20vtec DA, very quiet at low rpms and cruising speed ~40mph, but when vtec opens up you can really hear it, not raspy at all or ricer.
too bad he sold long before I purchased a DA,

The only thing is when I called they didnt have it in stock and they would have to check to see if they could still get it from their vendor and then I emailed them and asked them to check and the lady emailed me back letting me know she contacted their vendor and they do have them avaliable.
Damn, I would LOVE to put an Exmag on my Si, but unfortunately it's too restrictive for boost!
That's a pretty damn good price though! Nice find B16Power, thanks for the tip!

is that exhaust more or less better for turbo setups or can you use it for a stock application...example, i want the WS2 for my car, any advantage of getting the exmag over the ws2 or it doesnt really matter so much
sorry for thread theft...just saw that one dude said he wish he couldve gotten the exmag instead and just wanted to know if its a better exhaust or just personal opinion

But to each his own of course.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yeh the WS2 does have a pretty large tip I thought as well. The WS2 I found out from a sales rep that the tip and muffler section are polished 303 SS but the rest is just mild steel, I don't know to much about the different grades of steel but from the way he described didn't sound to be as good of steel. That's one of the main reasons I opted for the new RS*R because the enitre exhaust is 304 SS if im not mistaken. Don't hold me to any of this though just what I heard.

The RS*R Exmag is 60mm piping. So about 2.36" piping diameter.

Yeah the new Exmags are all 304 stainless. The WS2 has mild steel piping. To the uninitiated, mild steel = RUST. I have experienced this on more than one Greddy systems (the older SP, which had mild steel piping).
Exmag is the way to go! To some of the non-believers out there who think it's too restrictive due to being a quiet exhaust, look at this article:

That's a 12-second civic running a K20 engine and, yes, a first generation (black) RS*R Exmag.
