I've got a 1993 Civic HB and want to get a set of the BC Limited Edition P1's SF in Black. They come in 15 x 7 with 34 and 42 offsets, and 16 x7 with a 45 offset.
My Civic will be a DD with weekend drag use (all-motor LSVTEC). Please tell me which wheel size is best, along with the proper offset and tire size.
Thanks!

I really recommend you to to tirerack.com or discounttire.com and read reviews.
Pick the tire that's best for you according to your driving style/needs

Grippier tires help in any situation regardless of brake size or capabilities of the car.
