2nd gear pops out???

Default 2nd gear pops out???

Don't know why now my 2nd gear on my D16y7 pops out, it goes in to gear it'll drive in gear. But if i let go of the gas it pops out!! Do anyone have an idea what it could be???

You think it started poping out once in a while a couple weeks ago. After i was slamming gears tonight it does stay in on its own anymore!!!

well i dont know i just tak it to a tranny shop. you need to get inside the tranny.
