i have an ls-vtec with a b16 head and it wont fire. it has spark on all 4 cylinders, its getting fuel and my main relay is good. the car ran but it was throwing code 9 untill i took the dizzy off and i put it back on it quit running. any thoughts?????

 

dizzy might be gone. check the wire for it also
