b16 head on gsr block

Default b16 head on gsr block

i need to know what oem head gasket and timming belt i need to run on a jdm b16 head and obd2 gsr bottom end...and also what would be the compression when i use a oem head gasket? thanx

not to disappoint you but one of my friends has this combo and this combo (for him) doesn't work

b16 and gsr headgaskets are the same. use a gsr/itr timing belt. check compression ratio at http://www.zealautowerks.com

I use gsr head gasket, head studs (golden eagle) and gsr timing belt for mine.

Usually you stick with the block on frankensteins.

Compression would be around 10.2:1 if block is USDM.

zealautowerks.com is a great site. and the combo i'm gonna be running is gonna be pushing around 13 for the compression ratio. so get on there and figure it out.
