99 Ex with 99 Si swap.
I just recently did a 99 Si swap into 99 Civic Ex. Used the stock ex harness and 99 si ecu.
Codes-
10- intake temp sensor
20- electric load detector
41- primary o2 sensor heater
65- secondary oxygen sensor heater
The speedometer goes nuts when driving (the needle bounces around), but...the car runs perfect. Does not skip a beat, vtec engages perfect, and the swap runs perfect throughout the redline. I reset the ecu and codes are still comin up. Any help is appreciated. I thought about getting a 99-00 stock Si harness, but don't want to spend the cash if I don't have to. Thanks!

sounds like you have some real wiring or ground gremlins...that should AFAIK work w/o any problems, like, plug and play for sure. they both you intake tube iat's, they both your the same o2 sensor plugs and wire order, the ELD code, i'm not sure about that one...i def think you have a ground or alternator issue considering you are having the ELD and speedo issues. go over the grounds several times to make sure they are all good.

My 97 Cx had the ELD code going when i first swapped the motor. The lights would dim in and out on the dash and the speedo would bounce around like crazy. Did some research and found out that there is a fuse under the dash in the fuse panel that controls that. Replaced that blown fuse and it fixed that code.

alternator fuse? I replaced that cuz it was blown...or are you talking about another fuse? Thanks for your help.
