Default B16B ECU help

Right now I have a B16B with a CTR PCT ECU. You think everything would work properly. However, the previous owner installed a VAFC for some reason and when I unplug it, the engine runs horribly. I am wondering what to do to get rid of the VAFC and get some proper tuning done. I'm thinking I may need an OBD1 conversion, but I don't know which direction to go. Hopefully I can get some help.

ok, so you have an obd2a pct in a 92 civic, is your motor still obd2? are you using the obd2 harness?
