rattling noise
ever since i installed the rear camber kit on my car i've been hearing this rattling noise on the rear passenger side when i drive over any bumps in the road. all suspension components are torqued down to factory specs but i still hear the noise when i hit any bump. several people that i've talked to have said that it may be either a bushing or the top hat assembly on the strut. anyone know for sure what the problem could be?
i explained the problem to one of the mechanics at the dealership and he had no idea what i was talking about. another guy i had look at my car said it sounds like the noise is coming from something near the top of the suspension, and not under the car.
all suspension components are tight. i've tried shaking and moving the pieces and everything seems okay, but the noise is still there when i drive over any bumps in the road.
btw, i have tein s-techs on dropzone struts. would i need to get a new tophat assembly or would an upper pillow ball mount solve the problem?
