Default EG sedan trim levels question

I am currently looking for a EG sedan in EX trim level, I just found one on autotrader that I am interested in. So I ran the VIN on the carfax and it came back as an "1993 HONDA CIVIC EX/EX-V"

I was wondering if anyone knew what the EX-V was all about.

I have ran DX's that came up as DX/LX as well. Not sure what this is al about, but if someone could shed some light on the situation I sure would appreciate it.

TIA!

carfax sucks...thats the answer.

there were ex sedans, lx sedans, dx sedans.

the ex sedan came with a d16z6 and all the nice power options.

the lx sedans came with a d15b7 and all the nice power options

the dx sedan came with a d15b7 and **** for options

just make sure the rear brakes are disk and it has a sunroof. the rest could be added as optional..

yeah, it has the correct EH9 VIN, so it is legit, i was just curious about the weird trim. Thought it might have been a special edition or value package or some $hit....

holla!

Except that EX has a sunroof and LX doesn't. Also EX came standard with ABS.
