Oil Presure Test
depends on the engine...if its non vtec the back of the block... you have to remove the oil pressure sensor..if your lucky enough to have a vtec there is a small bolt on the front of the head... left side if your looking at the engine... you remove that and you can check pressure there...
Minimum oil pressure for a B18A1: (you don't say what engine you have)
warm engine at normal operating temps:
10 psi at idle
50 psi at 3K rpms
My results for my B18A1 with over 303K miles:
17 psi at warm idle
70 psi at 3K rpms
When the engine is cold at high idle it hits over 70 till it warms up.
Different viscosity oil will change the readings slightly.
