Default quicky

I have to change a broken valve cover stud tomorrow, and I was wondering if there was I needed to torque it when I installed the new one?

I usually put a little bit of blue loctite on the stud threads so it doesn’t come out when I try to take of the valve cover down the road.

no u don't have to but after u drive it awhile check they don't need retightening. i just changed mine last night. and mine is doin fine.

just tighten it. lol. its a 10mm bolt. dont go supermanning the thing. compress the rubber sealer and call it a day.
