Default changing a tire...

i have never tried changing a tire my self so i gotta ask, can it be done or do i need a SPECIAL MOTORCYCLE tire changer? i have access to one more car tires though i haven't got a good look at it.

Nope. No special changer required. Two tire irons, some lube, and some muscle will get it done. There are a few write-ups on this procedure online - try Googling it.
