rsr gt2 with rear lower tie bar?

does anyone know if there is any fitment issues with the rsr gt2 exhaust with a rear lower tie bar. i want to know before i go and purchase the exhaust. it's on my 1992 civic hatch and it is a Benen rear lower tie bar. thanks in advance.

i have a tie bar with mine, no fitment problems
