someone on this board did that(dont know his screen name). his set up i sick! it isnt very cost effective tho if you think about it cuz you can just turbo the b16 and be so much faster. but then you dont have the reliability that you would have with a NA motor.
do wat you want........if you got the money do it

if I remember correctly - the 99-00 si weighs about 2600 lbs which isn't much differnt than a itr. therefore your car would be about as fast as an itr (mid 14's in 1/4 on average). If thats as fast as you want to get then go for it. If 13's or even 12's are your goal, then perhaps a lot of weight reduction and/or fi may be the answer
thats a stupid idea, save money and get the GSR. ITR this ITR that, they are defeatable by lesser cars.
how bout to take ur stock block out, drop a b20 crv block in that sukah, build it up and boost it.......and bury any type r that crosses ur way!!!!!!
I wouldn't do it. Keep the motor that is in it and boost it. You are going to spend an arm and a leg trying to swap motors. Probably be disapointed once its all said and done. Plus you don't know the history of the ITR motor you are getting. Be prepared to drop some money into the ITR motor once you get it for maintance (water pump, timing belt, clutch, and other mis. parts you might need).
