my car is a messed up.

I did i 97 B18b swap in my 99 civic. the motor i bought, was from another swap ( for EG 92-95) so my friend did the wiring, but it didnt start. i brought it to a shop, they spliced my wires up got it to start. but now the idol from 1krpm - 2krpm, it fluxuates like theres a vacume leak.

things that might be wrong:

i only have 1 02sensor pluged in.

the shop put in a unknown ECU + dizzy and spliced the wiring harness.

missing an EVAP can.

swap from (92-95 civic) 97 LS b18b to my 99 civic

 

Well it seems you've answered yourself, start by making sure all your sensors are intact and you have the proper PCM and connectors to it.
