Hey guys, I have a few questions as I'm sure there are other people on here that have used the Nippon racing/NPR pistons.


The owner of the d16z6 I'm doing the rebuild on picked up those ebay Nippon pistons and rings in the .020" over size...but we didn't get any spec sheets.
I will need to take the block to a local machine shop for them to bore out the cylinder walls...but what can we do for the piston ring gap and the rest of the information we would need from the piston company to give to the machine shop.


Anybody know what specs we would give the engine shop for them to make sure these pistons fit in fine and all clearances will be proper?
